Five medical colleges in Russia are recognized by JPA (Jabatan Pentadbiran Awam) and the MMC:

  1. Moscow Medical Academy
  2. Russian State Medical University
  3. Nizhny Novgorod Medical Academy
  4. Volgograd State Medical Academy
  5. Kursk State Medical University 

 In Ukraine only one recognized by JPA and MMC allowing employment in Malaysia namely:

  1. Crimea State Medical University
